The voices of my roots are mellow
-sometimes shrill
I sense their reverberations in my bones,
a call for guidance,
whether or not
to grow up, up all around me,
crawl around my frame,
tiptoe across my neck
-squeeze.
Or to grow deep into the earth,
sturdy and confident,
grounded by the force of my love.
Do you hear that?

I reblogged your post Tebogo. The goal is for people to go to your website (not mine). Are you getting more hits/looks on your site? Not exactly sure how this works.

Hey there. Thanks for the help π. I think reblogging means the post now also appears on your blog. So your visitors will see my post there. Thanks! π

I replied to your email. Sorry about the lateness, it was in my spam (something I should look at more often).
